Security wiring for a beachfront property under construction.
Installing cable before ceilings and finished surfaces were completed created cleaner routes and better options for the property owner.

Beachfront new-construction property
Customer concern
The project needed dependable low-voltage routes for future security equipment while framing remained accessible and before coastal construction conditions made later installation more disruptive.
Practical approach
Two technicians coordinated cable paths, mounting locations and equipment needs with the construction stage. The work was completed with attention to future service access and exposure common to beachfront properties.
Finished result
Early planning preserved clean camera and security-device locations while reducing the need to disturb completed ceilings and walls later in the project.
